Our chemical products are intended for scientific research or industrial use only, not for your hobbies.

You are responsible for handling, storage, and disposal of our products. We urge the buyer to read and understand the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each product and to follow the precautions indicated before any product is used.

You understand that all our chemical products are corrosive. They are dangerous, harmful, or DEADLY if misused.

You understand that some of our chemical products use alcohol as the solvent. These mixtures are flammable and could be dangerous, harmful, or DEADLY if misused.

You hereby accept full and sole responsibility for any harm to person(s) or property that may result from the use or misuse (accidental or intentional) of our products.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

Please provide a valid commercial address for shipping, as we only sell to professionals. If you don't have a commercial address, we will require your inspector license.

Direct shipping is available to locations within the USA and Canada. Buyers from Mexico can purchase our products through a reseller—please contact us for details. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, and we do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.

All orders are subject to review, and invalid orders will be canceled.

Please note that HAZMAT shipments are not covered by UPS's on-time guarantee. The HAZMAT inspection process may cause delays, and no refund will be provided if your shipment is delayed by UPS due to operating conditions. For more information, please read UPS's service agreement.

Our handling fee is $15.75/order.

Our $19.00 flat rate ground shipping program applies to the 48 contiguous states of the USA only, with the handling fee included. The maximum weight allowed is 30 kg (66 pounds). Any order exceeding this limit will be treated as a special order.

For AIR shipments, the UPS dangerous goods fee is $160 per package (2024 rate) and is subject to change without notice.

Please be aware that there is a maximum limit of 1 liter of HAZMAT per air package. Orders exceeding 1 liter will be divided, and additional UPS dangerous goods fees will apply.

Finally, the UPS Saturday delivery fee is $16 (2024 rate), and this fee is subject to change without notice

We can ship products to Canada directly using UPS Standard (ground) only.

Buyers from Mexico can purchase our products from a reseller. Please contact us for more details.

No other international locations are offered at this time.

We will collect California sales tax if the shipping address is in California. If you possess a California tax certificate, please send it to us for review.

Canadian buyers are required to pay GST, PST, HST, or QST based on the shipping address.

If you encounter any issues with our products, please contact us within 30 days to resolve the matter. All sales are considered final after the initial 30 days.

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, we cannot refund the shipping and handling fees.

Items returned for credit must be in resalable condition (i.e., unopened). Used chemicals will not be accepted as returns due to safety concerns, as they become hazardous waste.

No refunds or returns are available for special order items, special mixes, or made-to-order items.

If you're unsure about which chemical to use, please call us for recommendations before making a purchase. If you wish to test a specific chemical, please mail your metal specimen to us.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
